Hi, I’m Rick. I’m lucky to be a Southern California native with family roots that stretch back to Santa Monica in the 1920’s, Malibu in the 60’s and Santa Barbara in the 80’s. My deep love of architecture and design began as I grew up surrounded by the amazing variety of iconic Los Angeles mid-century, Spanish, Arts & Crafts and Victorian architectural styles among others.
